It just doesn't get any better than Lemon Curd on toast. It's well known to be the happiest breakfast in the universe. Go ahead. Try to find a happier breakfast. You won't.
And as far as I'm concerned, the best curds around come from Harvey Nichols, Tiptree and Edinburg Preserves (pictured above).
I get my favorites here at the British Isles store in Htown. It's lemontastic.

I lived in England for 3 years and must have eaten Lemon curd on Digestives EVERY DAY. I make it occasionally, but usually buy a big stash (along with my pickle and my brown sauce...).
It is the best... AND you won the sneakers? LUCKY... I love that blog of Emily's.....
I absolutely need some lemon curd.
Never had it, but all things lemon are my fave and if I could breakfast with lemon on toast it would make me very happy!
Love, love lemon curd. Trader Joe's stocks it which is good, because I don't have time to go out of my way for lemon curd. Even though I love, love it.
